Who We Are
729 Design is a dynamic and innovative design firm dedicated to turning visions into reality. Founded on the principals of creativity, collaboration and craftmanship, we specialize in providing comprehensive design and drafting services for a wide range of projects. From renovations and additions to detached structures and outdoor living spaces, we offer tailored solutions to meet the needs and preferences of each client.

Working in the industry since 2014, I bring more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. I am a qualified BCIN Designer, having worked at Residential Design Firms in the GTA. I also worked as a Municipal Building Official inspecting projects ranging from small scale residential to large scale commercial. I have my CBCO designation and am a certified Home Inspector from ICA.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Before you Begin
Check the zoning requirements of your property to make sure your desired project is legal and compliant with your municipal planning department's standards.
Provide your Information
Provide as much detail about your project, including any sketches, inspiration and photos.
Accept your Project Quote
After we review the information we will generate a quote for our services.

If you decide to proceed, we will email you an invoice for the deposit. Once we receive payment, we will start creating your custom plans.
Review our Design
Preliminary design drawings will be emailed to you to look at, note any changes you want to make to the initial plans and email us back your comments. We will revise the design, as long as it is within the scope of the building code, and resend the revised drawings.
Permit Drawings
Once revisions are complete, we will send you final working drawings for review. Once final approval is given we will provide stamped drawings that you can submit to your municipality.

If the building department submits a review letter with any questions or comments, we will address any items or concerns.
