Home Inspections
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Before you purchase a home, this is the best way to get fully informed about the home you are considering purchasing.
Keep in mind, every property will have some defects. It is imperative that you are aware of the condition of the property that you will purchase and call home. We will help you understand what is typical, what will require monitoring or what (if anything) will require further evaluation by a qualified professional.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Having a home inspection prior to placing it on the market is a smart way to avoid unwanted surprises that may be associated with issues discovered during your buyer's inspection. You stay in total control and have the flexibility to deal with any issues.

Benefits include:
-
Homes sell faster and often for more money. It brings buyers to the table, and allows for a smoother transaction for both parties.
-
The seller has more control. They choose the inspector. You also get to choose to have the price reflect any findings or make any corrections in advance. No surprises!
-
Less stress. Easy scheduling. Better marketing.

New Home Inspection
Buying a brand new home does not mean it comes without any issues. As an owner, you have the right to conduct your own inspection prior to closing. A home inspection is highly recommended to help document any deficiencies that may be covered under the warranty and should be addresses by the builder before it expires.

Maintenance Inspection
It is a good idea to periodically check the condition of your house and its mechanical and structural elements. You may want to identify any existing or potential problems before they get worse and create the basis for unplanned expenses.

12 hours notice by text or email is required when cancelling an inspection. Half of the inspection fee is required if cancelling the inspection with less than 12 hours until inspection start time. If the inspection is cancelled within an hour of the inspection time or if the inspector arrives at the home to discover the inspection is not going to take place, the full inspection fee will be required to be paid. Payment is the morning of the inspection. Thank you.
